The Arctic Fire Refrigerator Base is a one-section refrigerator with remote refrigeration. It features two self-closing drawers with center pull handles and a stainless steel exterior. The unit has 6" stainless steel legs and operates on 115v/60/1 with 0.73 amps. Standard features include adjustable legs, a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a flush mounted handle, and a stainless steel exterior. The refrigerator also has a vertically mounted blower coil and uses HFC-404A refrigerant. The heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides have stainless steel bearings, and the drawers have a removable track assembly with a 10-year warranty for parts. Other features include a front face mounted scroll type thermometer, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. The unit has a mechanical section with a removable front panel for refrigerant and electrical connections. The standard drawers can accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. Optional features include casters, doors and tray racks for sheet pans, and step-down sections for modular top charbroilers. Extra deep drawers without a mullion are available to accommodate 6" deep hotel pans. The refrigerator base is designed for use with Garland HeavyDuty Master Series Modular tops. The refrigerator base comes with 6" adjustable legs as standard. It is intended for commercial use only and is not approved or authorized for home or residential use. If using a modular top charbroiler, the refrigerated base can be constructed with a "step-down" section to accommodate the increased height. Some considerations include the availability of single pan drawers, the requirement to mount the charbroiler on either end, and the ability to accommodate 6" deep hotel pans.
