The Arctic Fire Freezer Base is a two-section remote refrigeration unit with a width of 53". It features four self-closing drawers with center pull handles and a stainless steel exterior. The unit comes with 6" stainless steel legs and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 1.5 amps. Standard features include adjustable legs, a Santoprene magnetic door gasket, a flush-mounted handle, and a stainless steel exterior. The unit also has a vertically mounted blower coil and uses HFC-404A refrigerant. The drawers have heavy-duty stainless steel slides with stainless steel bearings and a removable track assembly. The unit also has a front face mounted scroll type thermometer and an ABS interior door front and cabinet sides. The mechanical section has a removable front panel for easy access to refrigerant and electrical connections. The standard drawers can accommodate 12"x 20" x 4" deep hotel pans. Optional features include casters, doors and tray racks for sheet pans, and step-down sections for modular top charbroilers. Extra deep drawers without a mullion are also available to accommodate 6" deep hotel pans. The unit is designed for use with Garland HeavyDuty Master Series Modular tops and must be hard-wired on site. It comes with a stainless steel exterior, ABS interior door front and cabinet sides, and a stainless steel interior top, rear, and bottom. The unit has a Santoprene magnetic door gasket and a galvanized steel bottom and back. It is insulated with CFC-free foam and has a removable stainless steel roller drawer assembly. The refrigeration system uses HFC-404A refrigerant and includes an electric condensate evaporator, solenoid, and thermostat. The unit has a vertically mounted blower coil and a 6" mechanical section for refrigerant and electrical connections. It comes with adjustable legs and a scroll type thermometer.
