The G Series Salamander Broiler is a gas-powered appliance designed to be used with a 36" Restaurant Range. It features two 20,000 BTU infrared burners with Hi-Lo valve controls each, allowing for precise temperature adjustments. The broiler also includes a three-position spring-balanced rack assembly, a removable grease pan, and a stainless steel top, front, sides, backsplash, and bottom with heat shields for added safety. The broiler has a gas pressure regulator and a large capacity grease pan for easy cleaning. It comes with a one-year limited parts and labor warranty and is NSF certified. Optional features include a stainless steel back, a rear gas inlet, interconnecting gas piping for range-mount models, a wall-mounting kit, and a stainless steel main bottom with a heat shield. The broiler is available to fit all Garland G Series ranges from 36" to 60" wide and is certified to Canadian and US standards.
