The Designer Series Griddle is a countertop gas griddle with a 15" W x 18" D cooking surface. It features a 1/2" thick polished steel griddle with a 2-5/8" welded splash guard on the sides and rear of the plate. The griddle has high/low valve controls and piezo spark ignition. The front and sides are made of stainless steel, and it has a convenient internal grease drawer with a magnetic door. The griddle stands on 4" adjustable legs and has a 20,000 BTU output. It is CSA and NSF certified.
