The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range with a 36" width and a modular top. It features a 24" griddle on the left side, which has a 1" thick steel plate and is controlled by a Hi-Lo manual valve. On the right side, there is a 12" heat hot top. The range comes with a 7" high backguard and is made with stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box. It has a total BTU rating of 85,000 and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
