The Garland Cuisine Series Heavy Duty Range is a gas range with a modular top. It features two 35,000 BTU open burners on the right side and a 24" griddle on the left side. The griddle has a 1" thick steel plate and is controlled by a Hi-Lo manual valve. The range also has a 7"H backguard and is made with stainless steel front, sides, plate rail, and burner box.
