When it comes to large-scale operations that require storing and moving a significant amount of plated food, the P-80 1 Door Heated Banquet Cabinet from FWE is the ideal choice. This cabinet can easily accommodate 11" plates stacked five high on its four heavy-duty shelves, allowing for storage of up to 80 covered plates.
 
 Setting the temperature is a breeze with the manual controls, which allow for a range between 90°F and 190°F in 10-degree increments. Staff can easily monitor the holding temperature inside the cabinet using a non-electric thermometer. The cabinet is heated by FWE's Patented Humi-Temp system, which utilizes an Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy heating element. The air inside the cabinet remains moist thanks to a removable baffled humidifier pan, and it is circulated by a fan-cooled blower motor.
 
 Accessing the interior of the cabinet is simple with the full grip latch, which is edge-mounted to stay out of the way. The latch ensures that the door is always properly closed, while a cabinet-mounted door gasket maintains an airtight seal. The cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation to lock in heat. The exterior of the cabinet is made from durable 20 gauge stainless steel with an easy-to-clean polished finish, while the interior is made from 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for convenience. 
 
 For easy transportation, the cabinet is equipped with 6" heavy-duty polyurethane casters. The bottom of the cabinet features a 1.5" wide aluminum channel with a non-marking snap-in cushion for added protection during transportation.
 
 In terms of safety and sanitation, this holding cabinet is UL listed and classified by UL EPH. It has also passed CE and IPX4 certification.
 
 Standard features of the cabinet include push/pull handles for easy maneuvering, removable heavy-duty shelves for thorough cleaning, and eye level controls with a full-range °F/°C thermostat. FWE's patented Humi-Temp system ensures even heat distribution and humidity control to keep food fresh and hot for hours. The cabinet is designed for high performance in banquet operations and is engineered for transport applications with its tubular base frame that absorbs vibration and shock.
