The FWE P-72-XL 1 Door Heated Banquet Cabinet is designed to safely and securely transport large amounts of plated food. It features a durable platform that is built to last. Inside the cabinet, there are two heavy-duty shelves that can hold up to 72 12-inch plates stacked 5 high. The temperature of the cabinet can be easily adjusted from 90°F to 190°F using simple controls with 10-degree increments. The actual temperature can be monitored with an analog thermometer that does not require electricity. To keep the food moist and heated, the cabinet is equipped with the patented Humi-Temp system. This system uses a nickel-chromium alloy heating element and a humidifying chamber with a removable humidifier pan to maintain moisture. The hot moist air is evenly circulated throughout the cabinet by a fan-cooled blower motor. The cabinet is designed for easy access with a full grip latch that closes securely. The stainless steel door is insulated to prevent heat loss and has a cabinet-mounted gasket for an airtight seal. The exterior of the cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel, ensuring durability in demanding foodservice environments. The polished finish is easy to clean. The interior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass insulation to keep the interior warm without using excessive power. For portability, the cabinet has 6-inch maintenance-free polyurethane casters. To prevent damage during transportation, the cabinet features a 1-½-inch wide aluminum channel with non-marking snap-n vinyl cushions. This holding cabinet is IPX4 and CE certified for splash resistance and quality assurance. It is also UL listed and has UL EPH classification for safety and sanitation.
