This cabinet is equipped with two heavy-duty shelves that can hold up to 48 covered 12-inch plates stacked 5 high, ensuring secure storage.
 
 The holding temperature of the cabinet can be easily adjusted from 90°F to 190°F using simple controls with 10-degree increments. Monitoring the actual temperature is made easy with an analog thermometer that does not require electricity for operation. The cabinet utilizes the Humi-Temp system, which utilizes a fan-cooled blower motor to circulate air warmed by the Incoloy nickel-chromium heating element and kept moist by a baffled humidifier pan.
 
 The door latch on this cabinet provides easy access to the interior while securely keeping the door closed. The edge-mounted positive closing latch features a full grip that is easy to grasp. To prevent heat from escaping, the stainless steel door is insulated and a cabinet-mounted door gasket provides an airtight seal.
 
 The cabinet itself is constructed with a durable 20-gauge stainless steel exterior that is easy to wipe down. The interior features 22-gauge stainless steel construction with coved corners, making cleaning a breeze. The UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation in the top, sides, bottom, and back of the cabinet helps to maintain a warm interior without using excessive power. The cabinet is also equipped with 6-inch polyurethane casters, making it easy to move around. Additionally, a 1.5-inch wide aluminum channel with a non-marking snap-in cushion provides added protection during transportation.
 
 This holding cabinet is IPX4 and CE certified for splash resistance and quality assurance, respectively. It is also UL listed and UL EPH classified, ensuring safety and sanitation.

The controls include a full range °F/°C thermostat for easy operation, and a thermometer that continuously reads the cabinet temperature even without a power source.
