The P-180-2-XL 2 Door Heated Banquet Cabinet from FWE is an excellent investment for caterers or operators who need to keep large quantities of plated food warm in a portable package. With three sturdy shelves, this cabinet can hold up to 180 covered 12-inch plates stacked five high.
The controls are simple and reliable, with manual temperature controls that allow you to set the holding temperature between 90°F and 190°F in 10-degree increments. Monitoring the temperature with a thermometer is easy and does not require any power. To keep food warm and moist, this cabinet utilizes the patented Humi-Temp system, which uses a heating element made from Incoloy nickel-chromium to heat moist air from the humidifier pan and circulate it throughout the cabinet with a fan-cooled blower motor.
The doors are securely closed and easy to open with edge-mounted full grip latches. The insulated stainless steel doors are sealed with cabinet mounted door gaskets.
For durability, the exterior of the cabinet is made from tough 20 gauge stainless steel with an easy-to-clean polished finish. The interior is made from 22 gauge stainless steel and features coved corners for convenience. The cabinet is insulated with "Ultra-Guard" UG-26 high-density fiberglass in the top, back, bottom, and sides.
To provide additional protection, a 1-½-inch continuous wraparound aluminum channel with a snap-on vinyl cushion is bolted to the frame and extends past the doors. The vinyl bumper is non-marking to prevent scuffs on walls and doors. For portability, the cabinet features 6-inch maintenance-free polyurethane casters.
This holding cabinet is designed for commercial use and has CE and IPX4 certification, as well as UL listing and UL EPH classification for safety and sanitation.
