The HLC-10 Handy Line Undercounter Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE is a compact undercounter holding cabinet designed to save space while keeping food warm, safe, and ready to serve. The removable fixed racks inside this heated cabinet have a spacing of 2-?” and can hold 12”x20” and GN 1/1 pans. The cabinet's holding temperature can be adjusted between 90°F and 190°F using the ergonomic digital controls. The digital displays make it easy to monitor the current cabinet temperatures. The heating element is made from Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy, providing reliable radiant heating. The doors of the cabinet are easy to open with magnetic workflow door handles. The insulated stainless steel doors are sealed by cabinet-mounted door gaskets. The interior of the cabinet is easy to clean with its 22 gauge stainless steel construction and coved corners. The exterior features a polished finish on its rugged 20 gauge stainless steel construction, making it easy to wipe down. The cabinet is insulated with high-density UG-26 fiberglass insulation to maintain temperature with minimal power. For mobility, the cabinet has four 3.5” swivel casters. It is also UL listed, EPH Classified, and features IPX4 and CE certification for quality, safety, and sanitation. Additional features include a field-reversible door for flexible installation options, energy star approval for energy savings, and the option for stacking to save space. The electronic control is user-friendly and easy to read and set. Optional accessories include different door types, casters and legs, stacking kits, humidity pans, handles, and custom pan slide spacing.
