The HLC-7 Handy Line Undercounter Solid Door Mobile Heated Holding Cabinet from FWE is a compact undercounter holding cabinet designed to save space while keeping food warm, safe, and ready to serve. The removable fixed racks can hold 12"x20" or GN 1/1 pans with a spacing of 2-?". The holding temperature can be adjusted between 90°F and 190°F using the ergonomic digital controls. The digital display shows the current cabinet temperature for easy monitoring. The heating element is made from Incoloy nickel-chromium alloy for reliable radiant heating. The door has a magnetic workflow handle for easy opening and is insulated to prevent heat from escaping. The stainless steel construction ensures durability, and the polished finish is easy to clean. The interior features coved corners for easy cleaning, and the high-density fiberglass insulation keeps the interior warm without using too much power. The cabinet rolls on 3.5" polyurethane casters for easy mobility. The holding cabinet is UL listed, EPH Classified, and has IPX4 and CE certification for quality, safety, and sanitation.
