The E-1200-XL 2 Door Heated Banquet Cabinet from FWE is a top-notch food holding solution for operators who need to keep plated food warm, with or without electrical power. It offers three heavy-duty shelves that can hold up to 144 covered 11-?” plates stacked six high. Setting the temperature inside the cabinet is easy with the manual controls. You can set temperatures between 90°F and 190°F in 10-degree increments. The temperature can be checked at a glance with a simple analog thermometer that doesn't require electricity. When there is no electrical power available, you can use the slide-out drawers at the bottom of the cabinet designed to hold canned heat. The heat is distributed evenly through a vented heat distribution tunnel and natural convection. The door latch is a stainless steel paddle mounted flush-in-door, measuring 4” by 5”, making it easy to grasp while staying out of the way. The gasketless door is fully insulated to keep the heat in. The exterior of the cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel, ensuring durability in tough foodservice environments. The polished finish is easy to clean. The interior is made of 22 gauge stainless steel with coved corners for easy cleaning. The cabinet is insulated with UG-26 high-density fiberglass to keep the heat in and save on power usage. For portability, the cabinet features 6” maintenance-free polyurethane casters. To prevent damage to the cabinet or venue during movement, a 1-½” wide aluminum channel with non-marking snap-n vinyl cushions is included. This holding cabinet is UL listed and has UL EPH classification, meeting the highest safety and sanitation standards.
