Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-20P plug. It features a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost heater. The condenser and evaporator coils are large capacity and corrosion-resistant. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when re-opening the doors. An airflow guard ensures optimal circulation of cold air. Models using R290 refrigerant include a full-length air duct system. The self-maintaining and energy-efficient condensate drain pan requires no external drains or electric heaters. R404A models use PSC evaporator fan motors, while R290 models use electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors. The high-performance condenser fan motors ensure efficient compressor ventilation. R290 models also use auto-reverse condenser fan motors that support condenser coil cleaning. The top-mounted, self-contained, and fully detachable condensing unit uses environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and EPA compliant R290 refrigerant with zero ODP and three Global Warming Potential (GWP). The R290 condensing units are replaceable and require no on-site brazing. Alternative refrigerant options are available upon request. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with galvanized steel on the top, bottom, and rear. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, for easy mobility. The cabinet features 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. The interior and exterior are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. Lighting The unit is equipped with energy-efficient silicone coated and shatter-proof LED lighting. This lighting provides bright, high color illumination with low heat output. Doors The doors are field reversible for convenience. They have high-strength, recessed door handles and are made of heavy-duty stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. The doors feature 2.5" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build-up. Pre-installed door locks keep your items safe from theft. The doors are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal. Snap-in magnetic door gaskets make cleaning and replacement an easy process.
