Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also includes a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when reopening doors. The system uses electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning and has an auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is side mounted, self-contained, and fully detachable. The R290 refrigerant has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and a low Global Warming Potential (GWP). It is easily replaceable and does not require on-site brazing. Cabinet Construction The cabinet features a galvanized steel bottom and rear. It has 2.5" thick high density polyurethane insulation for excellent temperature retention. The worktop, lid, and hood are made of high-quality stainless steel. The cabinet is equipped with six 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, and three front leg stabilizers for easy mobility and stability. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of heavy-duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. The interior has an open spaced design with no walls between cabinet compartments. There is a vented stainless steel panel between the top pan area and the cabinet to catch food debris. Doors The doors have high strength, recessed handles and are made of heavy-duty stainless steel. They also have 2.5" thick high density polyurethane insulation for excellent temperature retention. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build-up. The doors are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal. The snap-in magnetic door gaskets make cleaning and replacement easy. Preparation Area The preparation area includes a 19 1/4" deep cutting board that is removable for ease of cleaning.
