Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. Pressure relief devices allow for smooth access to the cabinet interior when re-opening doors. The system uses electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The auto-reverse condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is side mounted, self-contained, and fully detachable. The R290 refrigerant has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and three Global Warming Potential (GWP). It is easily replaceable and requires no on-site brazing. Cabinet Construction The cabinet is constructed with a galvanized steel bottom and rear. It has 2.5" thick high density polyurethane insulation. The worktop, lid, and hood are made of 16 gauge, high quality stainless steel. The cabinet is equipped with four 5" swivel casters, with locks on the front set, and two front leg stabilizers. The interior and exterior of the cabinet are made of heavy duty stainless steel with rounded corners for a hazard-free workspace. Doors The doors are made of heavy duty stainless steel, both on the interior and exterior. They have 2.5" thick high density polyurethane insulation. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build up. The doors have high strength, recessed handles for easy opening and closing. They are self-closing with an adjustable torsion system for a positive seal. The drawers have thick gauge, stainless steel frames with low-friction ball bearings. The doors and drawers have snap-in magnetic gaskets that make cleaning and replacement easy. Preparation Area The preparation area includes a 19 1/4" deep cutting board that is removable for ease of cleaning. It also includes NSF certified polycarbonate pans that are 6" deep.
