Standard Features: The refrigeration system of this product comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It includes a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost heater for convenience. The condenser and evaporator coils are large capacity and corrosion-resistant. Pressure relief devices allow easy access to the cabinet interior when opening the doors. An airflow guard ensures optimal circulation of cold air, and R290 models include a full-length air duct system. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The R404A models have PSC evaporator fan motors, while the R290 models have electronically commutated (ECM) fan motors. The condenser fan motors are high performance to ensure efficient compressor ventilation. R290 models also have auto-reverse condenser fan motors for condenser coil cleaning. The condensing unit is bottom mounted, self-contained, and retractable, using environmentally friendly refrigerants with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP). The cabinet construction features galvanized steel top, bottom, and rear, with 2.5" thick high density polyurethane insulation. The interior and exterior are made of heavy duty stainless steel with rounded corners for safety. The lighting is energy efficient, silicone coated, and shatter-proof LED lighting that provides bright, high color illumination with low heat output. The doors have high strength, recessed handles and are made of heavy duty stainless steel with 2.5" thick high density polyurethane insulation. Frame heaters prevent exterior moisture build up, and pre-installed door locks keep items safe from theft. The doors are self-closing with adjustable torsion system for a positive seal, and the snap-in magnetic door gasket makes cleaning and replacement easy. The shelving includes height adjustable stainless steel clips and three epoxy coated, steel wire shelves per section. The temperature control is a multi-function digital controller with an easy to read LED display. The factory preset temperature is -4°F, with a temperature setting range from -10°F to 54°F. R290 models also include an audible overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil.
