Standard Features: Refrigeration System The refrigeration system comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also includes a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. The fan motors are electronically commutated (ECM), which allows for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning and has an auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is easily replaceable and requires no on-site brazing. The R290 refrigerant has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and a low Global Warming Potential (GWP). Cabinet Construction The cabinet has built-in caster thread receptacles for easy mobility. It is insulated with 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane insulation. The interior walls are made of galvanized steel, and the floor is made of high quality stainless steel. The countertop is heavy duty stainless steel with a textured laminate, and the exterior is covered in black vinyl. Lighting The unit is equipped with energy efficient silicone coated and shatter-proof LED lighting. This lighting provides bright, high color illumination while producing low heat output. Doors The doors have high strength, recessed handles. They are insulated with 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane insulation. Pre-installed door locks ensure the safety of your items. The exterior of the doors is covered in textured laminate black vinyl, while the interior is made of galvanized steel. The doors also have snap-in magnetic door gaskets for easy cleaning and replacement. Draft Arms The unit includes two single faucet, 3" diameter, stainless steel draft arms with matching air distributors. These draft arms are fully insulated and NSF certified. Temperature Control The factory preset temperature is 35°F, but the temperature setting can be adjusted within a range of 33°F to 54°F.
