Standard Features: The refrigeration system of this product comes pre-wired and ready to plug into a 115V/60Hz/1Ph outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. The fan motors are electronically commutated (ECM), which allows for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning and has an auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is side mounted, self-contained, and fully detachable. The unit uses EPA-compliant R290 refrigerant with zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP). The cabinet construction includes built-in caster thread receptacles for easy mobility. It has 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane insulation, galvanized steel interior walls, and a high-quality stainless steel floor. The countertop is heavy duty stainless steel with a textured laminate and the exterior is black vinyl. The lighting system features shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch, providing bright and high color illumination with lower heat output. The doors come with pre-installed locks for added security and snap-in magnetic door gaskets for easy cleaning and replacement. The solid doors have a textured laminate black vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior, and 1" thick high density polyurethane insulation. The glass doors have black PVC frames with low emissivity double glass panes. The product also includes a single faucet stainless steel draft arm with a matching air distributor, which is fully insulated and NSF certified. It comes with two epoxy coated steel wire shelves that have height adjustable stainless steel clips. The temperature control is factory preset at 35°F, but can be adjusted within a range of 33°F to 54°F using the multi-function digital controller with an LED display. The system also has an audible overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil.
