The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. The fan motors are electronically commutated (ECM), which allows for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning and has an auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is fully detachable and easily replaceable without on-site brazing. The cabinet construction features a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and built-in caster thread receptacles for all models. It has 1 3/4" thick high-density polyurethane insulation and an open spaced interior with no walls between compartments. The lighting system is energy-efficient and uses silicone coated and shatter-proof LED lights. These lights provide bright, high color illumination with low heat output. The doors have high strength, recessed door handles and a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized interior. They also have 1 3/4" thick high-density polyurethane insulation. Pre-installed door locks ensure the safety of your items, and the snap-in magnetic door gasket makes cleaning and replacement easy. The product includes two dual faucet, 3" diameter, stainless steel draft arms with matching air distributors. These draft arms are fully insulated and NSF certified. The temperature control is managed by a multi-function digital controller with an easy-to-read LED display. It also has an audible overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil. The factory preset temperature is 35°F, but it can be adjusted within a range of 33°F to 54°F.
