It features a full-length air duct system to ensure optimal circulation of cold air. The condenser and evaporator coils have a large capacity and are corrosion-resistant. The system also has a time-initiated and temperature-terminated auto defrost cycle for seamless operation. The fan motors are electronically commutated (ECM), which allows for rapid cooling with less energy consumption. The condensate drain pan is self-maintaining and energy-efficient, requiring no external drains or electric heaters. The condenser fan motor supports compressor ventilation and condenser coil cleaning and has an auto-reverse feature. The refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly Blizzard R290 condensing unit, which is fully detachable and easily replaceable. The cabinet construction includes built-in caster thread receptacles for all models, 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane insulation, galvanized steel interior walls, and a high-quality stainless steel floor. The countertop is heavy duty stainless steel with a textured laminate and the exterior is black vinyl. The lighting system consists of shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch, providing bright, high color illumination with lower heat output. The doors have high strength, recessed handles, 1 3/4" thick high density polyurethane insulation, pre-installed door locks, and a textured laminate black vinyl exterior with a galvanized steel interior. The doors also have snap-in magnetic door gaskets for easy cleaning and replacement. The product includes one single faucet 3" diameter stainless steel draft arm with a matching air distributor, which is fully insulated and NSF certified. It comes with two epoxy coated, steel wire shelves with height adjustable stainless steel clips. The temperature control features a factory preset temperature of 35°F, with a temperature setting range from 33°F to 54°F. It has a multi-function digital controller with an easy to read LED display and an audible overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil.
