This drop-in food well is designed to hold 4 pans measuring 12" x 20" each. It has a single tank that is 8" deep and includes a drain for easy cleaning. The remote control panel features a single temperature control and a three-way toggle switch. The top and well are made of stainless steel, while the exterior housing is made of galvanized steel. The unit has self-contained refrigeration and uses R290 refrigerant. It requires a cutout of 55-1/4" x 25" and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
