This drop-in food well is designed to keep your food hot or cold. It has a 30-3/4" size and can accommodate two 12" x 20" pans. The single tank is 8" deep and has a drain for easy cleaning. The remote control panel allows you to adjust the temperature with a single control and a three-way toggle switch. The top and well are made of stainless steel, while the exterior housing is made of galvanized steel. It has self-contained refrigeration and uses R290 refrigerant. The unit requires a 29-3/4" x 25" cutout and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
