This drop-in cold food well is mechanically cooled and measures 56-1/4" W x 26" D. It can accommodate 4 pans and has a 1" diameter drain. The well is insulated and features a stainless steel inner liner and top, as well as a galvanized steel outer liner. Adapter bars are included. The unit has self-contained refrigeration and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. It has a 2/7 hp motor and requires a cutout size of 55-1/4" x 25". It is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
