This drop-in cold food well is mechanically cooled and measures 30-3/4"W x 26"D. It can accommodate 2 pans and has a 1" diameter drain. The insulated pan, stainless steel inner liner, and top ensure optimal temperature retention. The outer liner is made of galvanized steel. The unit includes adapter bars and features self-contained refrigeration with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 hp compressor. A cutout of 29-3/4" x 25" is required. This product is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
