This drop-in cold food well is mechanically cooled and measures 18"W x 26"D, with a 1-pan size. It features a 1" diameter drain and comes with an insulated pan. The inner liner and top are made of stainless steel, while the outer liner is made of galvanized steel. The cold food well includes adapter bars and has self-contained refrigeration with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 hp motor. A cutout of 17" x 25" is required for installation. This product is cUL, UL, and NSF certified.
