Introducing the LiquiTec® Drop-In Cold Food Well Unit, designed to accommodate 1-pan size with a choice of 4" or 6" deep pans that sit flush with the countertop. This unit features an insulated pan, stainless steel inner liner and top, as well as a galvanized outer liner. It operates using a self-contained Eutectic fluid refrigerated system, powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/5 hp motor. A cutout size of 17" x 25" is required for installation.
