It features two full-height doors and six adjustable shelves, allowing you to customize the storage space according to your needs. The refrigerator is also deep enough to accommodate full-size sheet pans. The lockable doors are designed to stay open at 90 degrees and automatically close below 90 degrees, making restocking safer and more convenient while minimizing energy consumption. A door gasket seals the cabinet to keep products fresh, and the ABS interior door liner is raised slightly to protect the gasket when handling bulky or sharp items. The digital temperature display shows the current interior temperature and provides visual alarms for high or low temperatures. With the easyTouch controller, you can control and monitor the unit with a single tap. The smart connectivity built into the controller allows for updates and remote monitoring, eliminating the need to physically be in the kitchen. The self-contained refrigeration system, including the 0.35 hp compressor, is easy to remove for service and is top-mounted, providing more storage space.
