The Specification Line® Reach-In Refrigerator is a one-section refrigerator with a capacity of 21.0 cubic feet. It features a top-mounted self-contained refrigeration system and a full-height hinged solid door with a locking mechanism. The refrigerator comes with three adjustable chrome wire shelves and a 4.3" easyTouch® screen temperature display/control with remote monitoring. It also has LED interior lighting and a stainless steel exterior front, sides, and interior. The refrigerator is equipped with four 5" locking casters and uses GreenGenius™ R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. It has a 0.22 HP motor and operates on 115v/60/1-ph with 4.2 amps. The refrigerator is NSF and cULus certified.
Standard features of the refrigerator include door locks, chrome shelves, three shelves per section, a removable side louver, a 10' cord and plug, a raised ABS interior door liner, energy-saving LED interior light, and the ability to accommodate full-size sheet pans. It also has a stainless steel pilaster with shelf clips, a field rehingable door, a patented lifetime warranty integral door handle, and a 5" locking caster for easy mobility. The refrigerator is equipped with an easyTouch Control with remote monitoring capability and a digital exterior temperature display with high/low temp visual alarms. It comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty and an additional two-year compressor parts warranty.
The refrigerator offers various options and accessories, including a kick plate, trim strips, a utility base, a stainless steel finish door liner, a stainless steel back, 6" stainless steel feet, 6" casters (all locking), stainless steel shelves, a foot pedal door opener, tray/pan slides, additional chrome shelves, 6" stainless steel flanged feet, laminate front, ends, and shroud, a heat shield end with a maximum temperature of 400 degrees, and three drawers in place of one half door in the bottom section.
The refrigeration system of the refrigerator is mounted to the top cabinet ceiling, outside the food zone, and can be removed as one piece. It uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and can maintain temperatures between 33°F and 40°F in heavy-use food service operations. The refrigerant is metered using a thermostatic expansion valve, and the system is controlled using an electronic temperature control.
