The two-drawer refrigerated base can accommodate up to four 12 x 12 x 4" hotel pans and other smaller fractional pans. The unit is equipped with 4" casters, making it easy to move around the kitchen. It also comes with a wall bracket for added stability and security. The construction of the equipment stand is durable and easy to clean. The drawer system, interior sides, drawer fronts, and ends are made of stainless steel, while the outer back and bottom are made of galvanized steel. The Delrin drawer tracks rollers and anti-friction designed tracks ensure smooth and efficient service. The top of the unit has a marine edge to prevent spills and runoff. The refrigerated base keeps ingredients fresh and cold at a temperature range of 36°F to 40°F, thanks to the use of environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
