The EHEI74C is a durable and stylish hot food table from Delfield that can hold five (5) 12 x 20 x 6" food pans. It is made of stainless steel construction, making it resistant to wear-and-tear and corrosion. Each food well is heated by a 1000-watt heating element with infinite temperature controls. The table also features an 8" polyethylene cutting board for food preparation. It has a stainless steel plate shelf below the pans and a stainless steel shelf at the bottom with a 3" riser. The table is equipped with four (4) casters for mobility and has 1/2" manifolded drains with a common gate valve for easy maintenance. It requires a 60Hz and single-phase electrical connection at either 220v (15 amps) or 230v (16 amps) and is approved by cUL, UL, and NSF for safe commercial use.
