The EHEI48C E-Chef hot food table is designed to keep delicious hot food ready for hungry customers. It features three food wells that can accommodate 12 x 20" food pans, allowing you to heat and serve a large variety of foods. Constructed with heavy-gauge stainless steel, this hot food table is not only durable but also easy to clean. It is mounted on four casters, providing mobility to quickly bring hot food to your customers. Each food well is equipped with a 1000-watt heating element and infinite controls, allowing you to adjust the temperature for each individual food item. The front of the wells features an 8" poly cutting board for quick food preparation. The base of the unit is divided into two stainless steel shelves - a top shelf for storing plates and a taller bottom shelf with a 3" riser for storing additional items such as bowls and napkins. This hot food table requires a 220 or 230v electrical connection and is rated at 15 amps for 220v and 16 amps for 230v. It is certified by cUL, UL, and NSF for safe commercial use. A NEMA cord with a 5-30P plug is included.
