It can blast chill up to 154 lbs or shock freeze up to 121 lbs. The unit features a capacitive touch control panel, hot gas defrost, USB connectivity, and HACCP memory. It is constructed with stainless steel and has self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration. The unit comes with legs and has a 3-3/5 HP compressor. It uses R404a refrigerant and operates on 208-240v/60/3-ph power, consuming 8460 watts. This unit is cETLus certified.
