This is a single-section reach-in commercial blast chiller and shock freezer. It has a capacity of (10) 12" x 20" pans and can blast chill up to 77 lbs or shock freeze up to 55 lbs. The chiller/freezer features a capacitive touch control panel, hot gas defrost, USB connectivity, and HACCP memory. It is constructed with stainless steel and has self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration. The unit comes with legs and has a 2-1/2 HP compressor using R404a refrigerant.
