The refrigerated work table is a three-section unit with a width of 114" and a capacity of 37.24 cubic feet. It features three 32" doors and a stainless steel top and exterior. The interior has an aluminum floor and back ABS sides. The table is equipped with a 4" high backsplash and 6" casters for easy mobility. The refrigeration system is side-mounted and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly. The unit is powered by a 1/3 hp compressor and is cUL, UL, and NSF certified. It comes with a three-year parts and labor warranty, as well as an additional two-year warranty for the compressor. The table is insulated with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane, which helps keep energy costs low. Optional accessories include a lock, 6" legs, tray racks, laminate end and back, refrigerated drawers, laminate facing, additional shelf, cutting board, Celsius readout for the electronic control, and an 18" deep single tier stainless steel overshelf. The exterior top is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with a 2.12" high square nosing at the front. The back and bottom are galvanized steel, while the ends are finished with stainless steel. The interior base has a stainless steel back and bottom, and the ends and door frames are made of thermoformed ABS plastic. The base is insulated with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane. Each interior door section has a removable epoxy-coated wire shelf. The doors have a stainless steel exterior front and a thermoformed ABS plastic interior liner. The base has a machine compartment on the right side, which houses the condensing unit, condensate evaporator, and electrical junction box. The machine compartment has a removable louver for easy access to the condensing unit. The refrigeration system uses R290 refrigerant and maintains an interior cabinet temperature of 36°F to 40°F. The blower coils with expansion valves are located behind the door mullions for even air and temperature control. The electronic temperature controls and pre-wired condensing unit with hot gas condensate evaporator are installed in the machine compartment. The electronic control for the base reads the air temperature, and the on/off switches for the base are located behind the louvered panel.
