It comes with a 36" cabinet base and offers pressure and pressureless cooking options in the top compartment only. The steamer has manual controls and a 60-minute timer. It also features an automatic boiler blowdown system and complies with the CSD-1 code package. The steamer includes a water filter system and is made of stainless steel both on the interior and exterior. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet.
