It features a 36" cabinet base and offers pressure and pressureless cooking options in the top compartment only. The steamer has manual controls and a 60-minute timer. It also includes an automatic boiler blowdown system and is compliant with the CSD-1 code package. The steamer comes with a water filter system and has a stainless steel interior and exterior. It is supported by 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. The product is cCSAus and NSF certified.
