The Gas Convection Steamer has two compartments and can hold a total of 16 pans. It comes with a 36" cabinet base and manual controls. The steamer also features electronic ignition, Delime mode, and automatic blow down. It has a single drain with temperature control and split water connections. The steamer includes a water filter system and removable pan supports. Safety features include a safety relief valve. The liner is made of 316 stainless steel and the construction is made of 304 stainless steel. The steamer has 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It has a heating capacity of 190,000 BTU and is certified by CSA Star, CSA Flame, and NSF.
