This gas-powered convection steamer has two compartments, each with a capacity of eight 12" x 20" pans. It comes with a 36" cabinet base, electronic ignition, and automatic blowdown. Each compartment has a 60-minute timer, removable pan supports, and a drip trough. It also includes a CSD-1 code package, water filter system, split water line, and a 316 stainless steel liner. The exterior is made of 304 stainless steel and it stands on 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet. It has a heating power of 300,000 BTU and is certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
