This commercial stationary kettle is electric and has a capacity of 60 gallons. It features a 2/3 jacket and thermostatic control. The kettle also includes a 2" draw-off, perforated strainer, spring assisted hinged cover, and faucet bracket. The interior is made of 316 stainless steel and the exterior has a 304 stainless steel finish. It is supported by tri-legs and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
