This commercial stationary kettle is electric and has a capacity of 40 gallons. It features a full jacket and thermostatic control. The kettle also includes a 2" draw-off, perforated strainer, counter balanced hinged cover, and faucet bracket. It has a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shut off. The interior liner is made of 316 stainless steel and the construction is 304 stainless steel. The kettle has a pedestal base and is cCSAus and NSF certified.
