The Commercial Tilting Kettle has a capacity of 30 gallons and is designed for direct steam operation. It features a 2/3 jacket for efficient heating, hydraulic power tilt for easy pouring, and a 2" draw-off with a perforated strainer (TPS-2) for convenient draining. The kettle also includes a steam control valve, steam trap, and swing drain for optimal steam management. It is equipped with a deck mounted fill faucet (DMF) and a pan carrier for added convenience. The interior liner is made of 316 stainless steel for durability, while the cabinet base and one-piece spring assisted cover are constructed of stainless steel. The kettle stands on 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. It is cCSAus and NSF certified for safety and sanitation.
