The Commercial Tilting Kettle has a capacity of 40 gallons and operates with direct steam. It features a 2/3 jacket, hydraulic power tilt, and a 2" draw-off with a perforated strainer (TPS-2). The kettle also includes a steam control valve, steam trap, swing drain, and a deck mounted fill faucet (DMF). It comes with a pan carrier and has a 316 stainless steel interior liner and stainless steel cabinet base. The kettle has a one-piece stainless steel spring-assisted cover and is supported by 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
