The Do-All Dual-Pressure Steamer is a commercial steamer with three compartments and a 36" cabinet base. It features two solid hinged doors and is designed for direct steam operation. The top compartment can be used for both pressure and pressure-less cooking, and it is equipped with manual controls, an automatic timer control with visible and audible signals, and an automatic shut off feature. The steamer is made of durable 304 stainless steel construction and comes with pan supports. It stands on four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. The steamer is cCSAus and NSF certified.
