The Do-All Dual Commercial Pressure Steamer is a direct steam steamer with two compartments. It features a 36" cabinet base with two solid hinged doors. The top compartment can be used for both pressure and pressure-less cooking and has manual controls. It also has an automatic timer control with a visible and audible signal, as well as an automatic shut off feature. The steamer is made of 304 stainless steel construction and comes with pan supports. It has four 6" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet for stability. The steamer is cCSAus and NSF certified.
