This commercial pressure steamer features direct steam and a pressure-type design. It has three compartments and a 36" cabinet base. The steamer is equipped with independent automatic timer controls that have visible and audible signals. It also has an automatic shut-off feature for added convenience. The steamer is constructed with durable 304 stainless steel and comes with four stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
