This commercial pressure steamer features direct steam and a pressure-type design. It has two compartments and a 36" cabinet base. The steamer is equipped with independent automatic timer controls that have visible and audible signals. It also has an automatic shut-off feature for added convenience. The steamer is constructed with 304 stainless steel and comes with four stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet. It is cCSAus and NSF certified.
