The Convotherm Mini easyTouch Combination Oven is an electric, boilerless oven with programmable controls and a 7" touch screen. It has a capacity for 250 recipes and can operate in four modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and rethermalization. It can accommodate four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans, six 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, or four 12" x 20" wire fry baskets. The oven features ethernet and USB ports, a multi-point core probe, and an automatic cleaning system. It is made of stainless steel and has 4" adjustable legs. The oven is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Listed ventless, meaning no hood is required (local codes prevail).
The oven's easyTouch user interface includes on-screen help, start-time preset, a 7" full touchscreen, ecoCooking energy-save function, Cook&Hold function, low-temperature cooking/Delta-T cooking, Press&Go automatic cooking and baking, TrayTimer oven-load management, easyStart automatic cooking and baking with product profiles and smart suggestions, and programmability with unlimited cooking profiles.
Additional features include a steam reducer, flexible shelf spacing, preheat and cool down function, ConvoClean Fully Automatic System, Steam Protect and Safe Cool Down functions (activate in service mode), and a robust rotary door lever with safety lock and sure-shut function.
The oven also has extra functions such as Crisp&Tasty moisture-removal settings, reduced fan speed and auto-reverse mode, and BakePro traditional baking with added steam and resting phase.
Other key features include a right-hinged door, ethernet and USB ports, UL listed ventless operation, and four operating modes: Steam, Combi-steam, Convection, and Rethermalization. The steam is generated by injecting water into the cooking chamber without the need for a boiler. The oven also has the ConvoClean system for fully automatic cleaning with express mode and Safe Cool Down function before cleaning.
Optional features include an RJ45 Ethernet port, a unit door with left-hand hinge, various voltages (single-phase on request), and an exterior design in matte black on stainless steel.
