The Convotherm Mini easyTouch Combination Oven is an electric, boilerless oven with programmable controls and a 7" touch screen. It has a capacity for 250 recipes and can operate in four modes: hot air, steam, combi-steam, and rethermalization. It can accommodate five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans, ten 13" x 18" half-size sheet pans, or five 12" x 20" wire fry baskets. The oven features ethernet and USB ports, a multi-point core probe, and an automatic cleaning system. It is made of stainless steel and has 4" adjustable legs. The oven is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Listed ventless, meaning no hood is required. It also has various additional features such as on-screen help, start-time preset, ecoCooking energy-save function, and more. Accessories such as pans, trays, racks, baskets, and grilling accessories are available.
