Standard Features: - The steamer is equipped with an 8 psi Compartment Safety Valve for safety purposes. - It has 6" Adjustable Legs with flanged feet for stability and easy positioning. - The Door Gasket can be replaced without the need for tools. - A Moisture Separator is included to remove excess moisture from incoming steam. - The cooking compartments operate at a pressure of 5 psi. - A Pressure Gauge is provided to monitor the operating pressure of each compartment. - The Thermostatic Trap automatically vents the cooking compartment. - The steamer features Heavy Duty, free floating, cast aluminum compartment doors. - A Pressure Reducing Valve is included to regulate the steam supply pressure (12 to 50 psi). - Timers are provided for each compartment, with a mechanical style and audible signal. - The Compartment Slide Racks can be easily removed without the need for tools, making cleaning convenient. - The Steam Inlet Valves and Exhaust Valves are interlocked for synchronous action. - A Mechanical interlock prevents the door from being unlatched while the compartment is pressurized. - The Compartment Door Hinges have adjustable hinge pins and self-lubricating bushings. - The external enclosure, Table Top, and cooking compartments are made of Type 430 Stainless Steel. - Each compartment can accommodate eight, 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" deep Cafeteria Pans or four, 18" x 26" Bun Pans. Options & Accessories: - An Intermediate Pull-Out Shelf is available as an additional feature. - Special Compartment Slide Racks can be provided upon request. - Cafeteria Pans in various depths (1", 2 1/2", 4", or 6") are available in the size of 12" x 20". - A Second Pressure Reducing Valve can be added for steam supply pressure ranging from 50 to 120 psi. Note: It is important to use clean, non-toxic, uncontaminated steam for all "Direct Steam" steamers.
